AQUAPROX’s Water Division strengthens its position in the water treatment market with the acquisition of NOVOCHEM Water Treatment in the Netherlands

AQUAPROX, a French family-owned company specializing in water treatment, is pursuing its growth and today is proud to announce the acquisition of NOVOCHEM Water Treatment, a manufacturer offering low emission and completely biobased products for treating cooling water, process water, boiler water and waste water.

By sharing resources and a common industrial project, AQUAPROX is reinforcing its commercial presence in Northern Europe.

Cédric Matras, COO of AQUAPROX’s Water Division, said that : “By integrating NOVOCHEM into the AQUAPROX Water Division, we’re extending our water treatment offer into highly industrialized countries offering considerable potential for growth.

These acquisitions follow on from the acquisition of CLARFLOK in Belgium in 2012 and AAQUA IN 2016”.

AQUAPROX’s Water Division offers products, services, innovation and engineering in the industrial, municipal and service industries sectors through its different companies and is anticipating turnover of 70 M€ in 2020 with a team of 165 people.

AQUAPROX’s Water Division is now positioned as an integrated player in the European water treatment market.
